Job Description

Purpose of the role:Responsible for all people-based activities within the organization both from an operational and strategic perspective. This role is involved in resource planning, recruitment; training; succession planning, Automation and improve HR service levels across all stages of the employee life cycle(Cafe Manager, Cafe staff Operations Team)Key Responsibilities and accountabilities of the RoleRecruitment and Staffing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for café/store-level roles (e.g., Team Member, baristas, Cafe managers, kitchen staff, support staff ect). Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create robust hiring plans. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and local recruitment drives to source candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Work closely with store/café managers and regional teams to align recruitment efforts with operational goals. Provide timely updates on recruitment progress and challenges. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate records and generate recruitment reports for leadership.Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new employees. Ensure that new hires have the necessary resources and information to integrate into the organization smoothly.Employee Relations: Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management. Address and investigate employee complaints or concerns. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.Training and Development: Coordinate with training team for employee onboarding plan. Support employees in their professional development.HR Policies and Compliance: Deploy and enforce HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Keep abreast of changes in employment law and update policies accordingly.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).4 to 7 years 3+ Years - experience in FMCG/Retail chains Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role. Familiarity with recruitment software and tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Adaptability and flexibility.Extensive Experience in Recruitment and Staffing Strong knowledge in creating Job description, Key metrics for the role. Strong in convincing skills, Active listening skills Good experience in negotiation skills. Should be able to handle Pan India activitiesLanguage Fluency : : English, Local Language Required to Travel
