Faxoc offers AI-powered recruitment, job matching, large resume database, automated resume search, job advertisements, talent pool management, applications tracking, staffing agencies management, employee onboarding, and employee performance analytics.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Human Resource Manager to lead HR initiatives and support our organization’s goals by ensuring effective people management practices. The successful candidate will oversee key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee performance and engagement.Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and HR policy.Lead performance management and succession planning initiatives.Handle complex employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including EEOC, FMLA, and OSHA.Administer and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.Monitor HR metrics and use data-driven insights to support decisions.Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.Supervise and mentor HR team members.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR preferred).7+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. environmentKnowledge of HRMS systems and AI technology is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
