With a focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and innovation, Akyln delivers premium wall and floor finishes for residential and commercial spaces across India.Job Description – Tele-sales Executive:Position: Tele-sales Executive Location: New Delhi (On-site) Industry: Decorative Paints & Interior FinishesResponsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients and partners to introduce Akyln's product offerings.Handle inbound inquiries from leads generated via website, social media, and campaigns.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable decorative paint, plaster, or flooring solutions.Schedule meetings and product demos for the field sales team.Maintain CRM records, follow up on leads, and support the sales conversion process.Meet weekly and monthly sales call and conversion targets.Requirements:1+ years of experience in tele-sales or customer service, preferably in Building Material, interiors, construction, or FMCG.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
