It's capabilities include:Providing market insights and newsOffering technical assistanceSupporting investment strategiesUpdating on regulatory developmentsHighlighting community activities and partnershipsSatoshi uses tools like web search and news fetching to deliver comprehensive and timely information.What you’ll be working on:Help your engineers grow their skills and experienceImprove product quality, security, and performanceRun agile project management processesProvide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and other areasActively seek and hire globally-distributed talentConduct managerial interviews for candidates, and train the team to do technical interviewsGenerate and implement process improvementsHold regular 1:1s with all members of their teamFoster technical decision making on the team, but make final decisions when necessaryDraft quarterly OKRs and Engineering KPIsRequirements8+years of overall experience is a must.
