Key Responsibilities:Oversee the pricing team to ensure competitive and profitable rate structures.Supervise the operations team to ensure timely execution and coordination of shipments.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues promptly.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, carriers, and CHA.Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations, including sea, air, and land shipments.Monitor shipment tracking, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.Prepare reports on key operational metrics and provide insights for business growth.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a focus on customer interactions.Experience of handling Air ,Sea, LCL FCL SHIPMENTSExperience in handling both import and export shipments.Knowledge of Inco-termsStrong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and documentation processes.Experience in pricing and operational management within freight forwarding.
