Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and growth.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely and effective hiring of talent.Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Monitor and ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.Administer compensation and benefits programs in coordination with finance.Maintain employee records and HR documentation using HRIS systems.Lead organizational development, culture-building, and employee engagement efforts.Provide guidance to managers and staff on HR matters.Prepare HR reports and metrics for senior leadership.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance regulations.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.Proficient in HR software (e.g., SAP, Zoho People, BambooHR, or Workday).Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
