Preferable would be someone who has worked with an International Brand, and has minimum 7-8 years of purely retail experience and overall 16 to 18 years of interior experience. The role involves in-depth knowledge of Store Fit-out works with all MEP considerations, including furniture/ fixture design, materials and production knowledge. Candidate has to have a good eye for small details, leadership, motivation and people-management skills. The role requires excellent interpersonal & presentation skills, with proven track record of success in maintaining and growing client relationships. Experience range: 16 to 18 Years Location of the job: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and implement strategies and design improvements. 2. Liaise closely with clients to fully understand the design requirements. 3. Work on drawings, BOQs, BOM, conceptualize new designs and create detailed design dockets along with fixture detailing for existing and prospective clients. 4. Provide creative vision for the design team. 5. Ensure projects are cost-effective, through value engineering exercises. 6. Involvement in fixture proto-type production, to mitigate any roll-out complications leading to fixture failure or production complexity. 7. Meet the timelines and quality standards. 8. Establish processes and practices that contribute to the execution. This involves continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. 9. Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance. 10. Lead, mentor and develop team member to achieve individual and collective goal, as well as ensure a balance of workloads among the team members. 11.
