The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overseeing employee benefits and personnel management. Tasks include recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to effectively manage HR functions and support the overall business objectives.Qualifications- Manages a range of HR functions including payroll processing, employee engagement, and compliance. - Acts as a liaison between staff and management. - Focuses on strategic hiring across departments. - Develops recruitment strategies and employer branding. - Responsible for processing salaries, managing statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS), and payroll compliance. - Manages HR systems, employee data, reports, and policy implementation. - Organizes employee training programs and tracks learning effectiveness. - Handles grievances, conflict resolution, and ensures a positive work environment. - Helps in client auditing and provide requested information. - Manages job postings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and internal portals. - Helping in process of onboarding and off boarding for US employees.
