Identify and leverage new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and client needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and resource. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored service offerings that meet client requirements. Conduct presentations and workshops to educate potential clients about our services and solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both parties. Monitor and report on market competition, providing insights to the management team for strategic planning purposes.Qualification Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications in relevant areas is a plus. Proven experience in sales and business development specifically within theadvisory, legal, or taxation domains. Strong understanding of accounting industry regulations and compliance issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess client needs and identify solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
