Role Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Immigration SPOC to manage and coordinate immigration processes for the US and Canada regions. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact between employees, immigration partners, HR, and leadership to ensure seamless, compliant, and timely handling of all immigration-related matters. Key Responsibilities:Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all immigration activities related to the US and Canada.Manage end-to-end immigration processes including work permits, visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, etc.), green card processing, and permanent residency applications.Partner with external immigration vendors and legal counsel to ensure cases are filed accurately and timely.Maintain compliance with immigration regulations, track expirations, and proactively manage renewals and extensions, reports.Provide consultation and guidance to employees on immigration processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.Liaise with internal teams including HR, mobility, legal, and business units to ensure alignment on immigration strategy and workforce planning.Track and maintain detailed immigration data and documentation to support reporting, audits, and compliance initiatives.Communicate updates regarding immigration policy changes and their potential impact on employees and business operations.Handle escalations sensitively and maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.Assist in designing and improving immigration-related processes to enhance the employee experience and operational efficiencySkills and attributes for successBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.4–7 years of experience in US and/or Canada immigration, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.Strong understanding of US and Canadian immigration laws, processes, and best practices.Experience working with immigration case management systems and external law firms.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information discreetly.Problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities to manage complex cases and escalations.
