About the JobWe are looking for a CAPSIL Developer with 5+ years of experience in CAPSIL application development and support. Skill Requirements: Strong knowledge of life insurance products and operations.Good experience in COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS on IBM Mainframe.Experience with batch processing and policy administration systems.Experience in modernization projects, for example migration to Guidewire, LifeSys, or other digital platforms.Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.In-depth knowledge of SQL, DB2, or integration with external systems.
