They provide guidance on resume creation, LinkedIn optimization, networking, and interview preparation. They also help clients identify their strengths, skills, and values, and align them with their career goals.Responsibilities• Provide career counselling and coaching services to clients. • Assist with resume creation and LinkedIn optimization.• Help clients identify their career goals and develop action plans.• Provide guidance on job search strategies and interview preparation.• Connect clients with job opportunities and other relevant resources.• Facilitate workshops and group career development sessions.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in career development.Key Performance Indicators (KPI):• Client satisfaction with career counselling services.• Number of clients placed in job opportunities.• Number of clients who successfully achieve their career goals.• Feedback from clients on the effectiveness of resume and LinkedIn optimization services.• Attendance and participation in career development workshops and sessions.Qualifications; GraduateMode of Operation; Work from home.
