We have built an impressive depth of Data & AI experts with over 40 trained and certified Databricks professionals; experts in BI/ Dashboarding tools such as PowerBI and Tableau; and experts in financial crime and fraud prevention.The RoleWe are one of the fastest growing delivery partners for Databricks and are looking to hire committed, passionate and hard-working Senior Project Managers with experience working on DWH/Data engineering/Big Data/SaaS projects to join our growing team and help us build one of the most impactful Big Data practices in the industry!This position requires well-rounded individuals who focus on details, thrive in a fast-paced environment, know how to cultivate collaborative working relationships, can communicate effectively with executives and drive projects to completion.You will have the opportunity to shape the future of the big data landscape at leading Fortune 500 companies and cutting-edge startups. Understand tools like SQL, Python, Spark, Azure, cloudUnderstanding of database systems, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data modelling, data migration, and data warehousing. Past experience working on Databricks platform will be an advantageHands on experience working as a technical lead on DWH/data engineering projects Experience with diverse project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or WaterfallTake ownership of all commercial delivery of services from a project administration and director perspective across numerous concurrent projects. Overseeing multiple concurrent projects and modifying management approaches depending on project size and durationWork closely with the account management teams to manage handover from sales to delivery team and ensure timely reporting Desire to learn new technologies and willingness to understand the business problems customers are trying to solvePractice AccountingTake ownership of forecast and achieving revenue and margin goals and targets for all projects.Timely billing, timesheet approval and expense reconciliationDetermine appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for all projects under his/her direction.
