Job Summary: Under the direction of the Account Manager, the Project Manager II for SIGN Program is responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion. They coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives. Project managers also act as a point of liaison between the project team and senior management. They use project management tools to plan, monitor, and regularly report to stakeholders on the progress of the project. A key part of a project manager's role is to identify and mitigate risks which may impact successful delivery of projects. This is a mid-level position. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed within are a representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, experience, and/or ability required.Essential Responsibilities and Job Specifications:Ability to manage small to medium sized projects with minimal to no supervision.Manage projects resulting in $1.25M-$2M yearly.  Build and develop the project to ensure maximum performance by providing purpose and direction. Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and change, if needed. ·        Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.·        Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.·        Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.·        Serve as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.·        Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the project aligned with their goals.·        Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.Submit project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.Establish effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.Facilitate change requests communication to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period.Conduct post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements (retrospective/post-mortem).All other duties assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:o  3+ years of project management experience. o  Proven success working with all levels of management.o  Strong written and verbal communication skills.o  Good presentation skills.o  Ability to lead small project teams and see them through to completion.o  Basic understanding of formal project management methodologies.o  Able to complete projects in a timely manner.o  Problem-solving skills. o  Conflict resolution experience.Education, experience, certificationso  Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in relevant field.o  Associate in Project Management (APM) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certificate preferred.
