Job Title: HR CoordinatorLocation: Remote / WFH Reports To: HR ManagerRequired Experience: 3-5 years Employment Type: ContractualContract Duration: 1 yearRemuneration : 4.5lpa – 5.5lpaJob Summary:We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager in the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent administrative and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & OnboardingPost job openings, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.Manage pre-joining communication and document collection.Conduct background checks and facilitate induction sessions.Employee LifecycleSupport probation, confirmation, and offboarding processes.Conduct exit interviews and coordinate final settlements.Employee Engagement & RelationsAddress employee queries and assist with engagement programs.Support surveys, conflict resolution, and policy clarifications.Payroll & PerformanceCoordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and performance review cycles.Maintain accurate HR and performance records.Training & ComplianceOrganize internal/external training and maintain participation records.Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and legally compliant.HR AdministrationManage HRMS data, leave tracking, and HR documentation.Ensure smooth HR operations across all employee touchpoints.RequirementsBachelor’s in HR or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)3-5 years in a similar HR roleStrong verbal and written communication skills.Strong communication & organizational skillsProficient in MS Office and HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People)Familiarity with payroll basics and HR compliance
