Responsibilities:1. Develop a deep understanding of the company's operating model and marketingstrategy, and leverage this knowledge to formulate comprehensive quarterly and annualsales plans.2. Spearhead the establishment of an overseas sales platform, identifying and cultivatingrelationships with distributors and partners to expand market reach.3. Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, marketing, or a related field. Abackground in a medical-related profession is advantageous.2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of proven successin international sales of surgical instruments. Experience in selling ultrasonic knives orsurgical staplers is highly preferred.3. Proficiency in English is essential, as it will be used as the primary working language forinternational communications and negotiations.4. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business trips, as required tosupport sales initiatives and attend industry events.
