The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting functions including GST, TDS, vendor payments, and reconciliation tasks, while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Experience in a factory or industrial setup is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor bill processing and follow-upsHandle day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenanceEnsure accurate and timely GST filings, TDS payments, and compliance with other statutory normsReconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and inter-company transactionsAssist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsMaintain accounting records in line with internal controls and audit requirementsSupport inventory valuation, cost accounting, and job work accounting as applicableCoordinate with procurement, production, and stores departments for invoice verification and approvalsLiaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities as requiredRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience of 2+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environmentProficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally)Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standardsGood command over MS Excel and data reconciliationFamiliarity with factory operations and costing principles is an added advantageExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesGood communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of tax regulations and financial compliance is a plus.
