Job Description

As a AM - Leadership Hiring, you will be part of the recruitment efforts for senior leadership roles, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to drive organizational success. This role involves extensive research, market mapping, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end recruitment management.Responsibilities:Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research on industries, companies, and market trends to support executive search efforts. Candidate Identification: Identify and map potential candidates for leadership roles using databases, LinkedIn, and other tools. Manage sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of executive-level candidates.-Data Management: Build and maintain detailed candidate profiles and organizational charts in the database. Candidate Outreach: Outreach to candidates and gather information about their qualifications and career aspirations and achieve conversations. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to attract and recruit top leadership talent.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior management to understand leadership hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans.Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership roles, from job postings to on boarding.Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine hiring strategies.Employer Branding: Enhance the organization's reputation as a preferred employer for leadership talent.Metrics and Reporting: Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and implement improvements.Educational Qualifications & ExperienceGraduation +MBA in HR with atleast 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or someone who has worked in consultancy firmsHas proven track record of sourcing candidates and creating strong talent pools in a fast-paced companyHands on experience of building and mapping Talents from competitionProven experience in leadership hiring or executive recruitment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and strategic hiring. Knowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)Ability to communicate – articulation of issues and clarity of written expressionAnalytical and data skillsUnderstanding of the organization and the pharma industry are desirableBehavioural Attributes Ability to influence and collaborate to get closureConfidence and maturity to state a point of view and back it up with rationalePerseverance and diligenceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates.
