We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Bartender to take full ownership of the bar program, overseeing everything from morning coffee and breakfast beverages to evening cocktails and prep systems.This is a hands-on leadership role where success means:Consistently excellent drinks across coffee, cocktails, and juicesA clean, efficient bar that’s prepped and guest-ready every dayA trained, motivated team that follows systems and raises the barStrong control over inventory, prep, and executionCreative, trend-aware recipe development that fits the brandYou’ll be central to maintaining quality, developing talent, and shaping the guest experience through great beverage service.ResponsibilitiesLead bar operations across all shifts (coffee, cocktails, prep, systems)Create and document drink recipes in line with seasonal trendsMaintain bar prep standards: syrups, juices, batching, espresso dial-inTrain and support bar team members, from barbacks to juniorsTrack and manage bar inventory and assist in orderingMaintain bar cleanliness, equipment, and mise en place dailyStay up to date with industry trends and elevate the beverage programCoordinate with kitchen and service for smooth shift flowQualifications3+ years bar experience with team leadershipStrong coffee and cocktail skills; confident with prep systemsOrganized, clean, and detail-oriented under pressureExperience in training, recipe creation, and inventory managementStrong communication and a collaborative mindsetPassionate about hospitality, flavor, and team development
