The ideal candidate will lead strategy, execution, and analysis of performance marketing campaigns while ensuring a seamless and engaging e-commerce experience. This role is critical to achieving revenue growth and building customer loyalty in an increasingly competitive digital landscape.Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth targets.Oversee paid search, display, social media advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic campaigns.Campaign Management & Optimization:Manage end-to-end campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and analysis.Continuously refine campaign elements (targeting, creatives, bidding strategies) based on performance data and market trends.E-Commerce Management:Lead the development and optimization of the brand’s e-commerce platforms (Marketplaces – Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra, E-Pharmacies & Quick-comm) ensuring seamless user experience and high conversion rates.Collaborate with product, content, and tech teams to improve site functionality, navigation, and overall customer journey.Drive initiatives to enhance product discoverability and upsell opportunities on e-commerce platforms.Data-Driven Decision Making:Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.) using advanced analytics tools.Develop actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing performance and e-commerce effectiveness.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with brand, creative, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy and messaging.Partner with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of campaigns and platform enhancements.Innovation & Trendspotting:Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and tools in performance marketing and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.Experiment with new channels, formats, and strategies to drive incremental growth.Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing team of performance marketers and e-commerce specialists.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).5+ years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.Expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and other programmatic tools.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, UX principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Excel for data interpretation and reporting.Preferred Skills:Experience with managing large marketing budgets across multiple channels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Experience in managing global campaigns and optimizing international e-commerce operations.Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and stakeholder management.This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our digital growth and make a significant impact on the brand's performance and customer experience.
