Work with business areas, IT, and end users. Provide customer service and resolve support issues according to service level agreements. Develop and maintain system documentation. Your skills include:Must be a self-starter and proactive individual.Sound real-time knowledge in Core Linux.4-8 IT industry experience as an RHEL6/7/8.Building servers in Azure/Oracle Cloud.Periodic kernel and OS Patching on Test/Dev/Prod RHEL 6/7/8 servers.In-depth knowledge of File permissions and User management.Exposure to disk management by using LVM in RHEL7/8.Experience in configuring and creating jobs scheduling tasks like Cron and at services.ITIL/Service -now processes would be advantageous.Knowledge of Change Management, Incident & Problem Management.Automated system administration tasks using Ansible Playbooks for BAU works.In-depth knowledge of system performance and resolved Memory, CPU, and Disk alerts.Knowledge of in-place/Migration upgrades from RHEL7 to RHEL8.Installed, upgraded, and managed software packages using RPM & YUM/DNFProviding SUDO access to users by editing the "sudoers" file.Kernel upgrade and install packages on Linux.Experience on Iptables/firewall and IP addresses on RHEL 7/8 for both IPv4 and IPv6/ troubleshoot a networking issue.Experience troubleshooting a failed boot and GRUB configuration.Experience with NFS and DNS troubleshooting issues.TECHNICAL SKILLS Operating Systems: RHEL 6/7/8 and Oracle LinuxCloud Platforms: Azure, oracle, and AWSAutomation Tools: Ansible, CrontabScripting & Programming: Shell Scripting.
