Sr UX Researcher We are looking for a senior UX Researcher to join an exciting project at Designit. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of researchers, designers, and engineers to drive customer feedback and research findings into future iterations of the product.Would you like to…Drive qualitative and quantitative research activities that capture the user voice and behavior to inform design and development, as 1:1 interview, usability tests, concept testing, card sorts, quantitative surveys, competitive analyses, and heuristics evaluations.Conduct research projects end-to-end, including planning, data collection, analysis, and delivering results to stakeholders.Develop research artifacts like survey questionnaires, discussion guides, journey maps, user archetypes, and insights reports.Communicate, defend, and build consensus around your research findings to inform design decisions.We would like you to have…Experience using varied quantitative and qualitative research techniques across multiple stages of the design & product development process4+ years of experience independently leading usability studies, user interviews, and surveys, including questionnaire and discussion guide writing, and creating sampling and analysis plans.3+ years of demonstrated ability to proactively manage projects, drive meetings and presentations, and lead delivery of researchBachelor’s degree or higher in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human Factors, Journalism, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldTrack record of collaborating across multiple disciplines (design, engineering, strategy, product)Ability to work within tight timelines autonomously, with excellent project and time management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.Business acumen, aligning design solutions with business objectives and needs.Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with distributed teams across disciplines to drive change into products and servicesPortfolio or work samples showcasing your UX Research experience is required.
