We’re looking for a Data & Automation Specialist on a part-time basis with deep experience in the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem to help us build efficient data pipelines, automate workflows, and deliver impactful dashboards that drive business decisions. This can be a long term position for the right candidate. Responsibilities:Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports using Power Query (M) and DAX.Build and maintain data pipelines across Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, etc.).Automate business processes using Power Automate, integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and third-party APIs.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and automation requirements.Ensure data integrity, performance optimization, and governance across all reporting layers.Provide support for scheduled and ad-hoc reporting, alerts, and workflow automations.Requirements:8-10 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate.Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Data Factory, SQL, Logic Apps, Functions).Proficiency in DAX, M language, and workflow automation design.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and performance.Familiarity with API integrations, JSON, and REST services is a plus.Experience with Excel VBA, Python, or scripting languages is an advantage.
