What this Job Entails: The Software Engineer designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products. They will also develop software and tools in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms.Scope: Resolves a wide range of issues in creative waysSeasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their specialtyWorks on problems of a diverse scope Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignmentsYour Roles and Responsibilities:Provide administration, development, and application support for end users Design, develop, code, test and debug system softwareDesign and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to deploymentReview code and designConfigure and integrate third-party software components and technologiesPerform root cause analysis of network, operating system, and other issues related to how technical solutions operate in customer environmentsAddress and resolve esclataed software bugs and bug reproduction requests; logging of all incidents and requests; engaging other service desk resources or appropriate service resources to resolve incidents that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibilityProvide limited after hours and on-call support as neededEngage in review and development of test documentationWork with stakeholders and cross-functional teams on projects and initiativesOther duties as required.
