Our proactive team of highly experienced doctors, nurses, and staff ensures that we deliver the highest standard of personalized care to our patients at all times.Job Summary:We are looking for an accomplished Consultant Neurosurgeon with expertise in endoscopic, brain, and functional neurosurgery. The ideal candidate must have 5–6 years of post-MD experience, a robust surgical portfolio, and training from a premier medical institution. A strong background in functional neurosurgical procedures such as deep brain stimulation (DBS), epilepsy surgery, and movement disorder interventions is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures, including endoscopic surgeries, intracranial operations, and functional neurosurgeries (e.g. DBS, epilepsy, and pain management procedures).Provide preoperative and postoperative care, diagnostics, and long-term management of neurosurgical patients.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurologists, neurophysiologists, psychiatrists, and rehab specialists.Engage in intraoperative neuro-monitoring, stereotactic planning, and neuronavigation.Train and supervise residents and fellows in neurosurgery.Participate in academic, research, and quality improvement initiatives.Maintain thorough clinical documentation and compliance with institutional protocols.Required Qualifications:MD/DNB in Neurosurgery from a recognized institution.Minimum 5 years post-MD experience in neurosurgery.Proven experience in endoscopic and brain surgeries, with exposure to functional neurosurgery.Training at or work experience from a premier academic or tertiary care center.Preferred Skills:Proficiency in deep brain stimulation, epilepsy surgery, and neurostimulation techniques.Skilled in minimally invasive and image-guided neurosurgery.Strong communication, team collaboration, and leadership qualities.Dedication to evidence-based and ethical neurosurgical practice.Remuneration:Competitive, based on experience and industry benchmarks.Let me know if you’d like this in a shorter version for job listings or customized for a specific type of healthcare setup.
