We are a gateway to tap into global industry, product or service knowledge learning from top experts.Position Overview:We are looking for 3-5 associates on a full-time basis to join our amazing team in Mumbai.Associate role is all about both developing the network of experts for the company as well as being a face of Focal Fact towards the clients. You will be the revenue driving engine of the firm!This means you are ultimately responsible for proactively reaching your to industry leading experts and onboarding them for client projects, speaking with client firms scoping our their projects and delivering outstanding results.The role is well suited for ambitious, energetic and goal-driven professionals who are not afraid to work hard. If you are full of energy and have experience with outbound outreach this should be a great fit. This role is highly-dynamic and requires impeccable time management skills and extraverted personality.Key responsibilities:1. Proactive outbound outreach via Linkedin or other social media channels to industry experts2. Negotiation of commercial terms with external stakeholders3. Member management, addressing queries from leads and experts4. Expanding the network of experts for the companySteps in the process:Complete the TestGorilla assessment that will be sent to you if your exp. and background could be a match1-on-1 interview with the team managerCase studyWhat we are looking for:• Experience requirement: graduates from top universities are welcomed. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.• Bachelor or Masters (ideally) degree from a university• Fluency is any other European language is a big advantage (German, French or Italian).• Good knowledge of generating leads (leadgen) using Linkedin• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)What we offer:• Base salary of 10.8 LPA (12.6 LPA for night shift work) + commission structure.
