Dear Candidates,We are looking for Mainframe Developers with 5+ years for the Hyderabad Location.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, enhance, and maintain COBOL-based applications on IBM Mainframe (z/OS).Write, modify, and optimize JCL scripts for batch processing.Work extensively with DB2, IMS, and VSAM for data storage and retrieval.Develop and maintain CICS transaction processing applications.Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and system optimizations.Develop and implement mainframe modernization strategies, including integration with distributed systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system architects, and QA teams, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Provide production support, including incident management, root cause analysis, and bug fixes.Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and best practices.Please ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and company policies.Kindly share your profile at pavithra.mahantesh@
