Activities include analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization and make a positive impact on its performance.Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Analyze and design/re-design business processes to improve performance. - Define parts of an organization to enhance efficiency. - Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.Skills Required:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SD with CCM (Condition contract management).- Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.- Strong understanding of business processes and their impact on performance.- Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes.- Knowledge of organizational design principles.- Experience in gathering requirements and understanding business needs.Qualifications & Skills Required:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SD, CCM, Global Trade Services.- This position is based at our Pan India Accenture office.- A Top B School MBA is required.
