The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Financial Reporting within the NetSuite. This role is perfect for an ERP professional with accounting expertise looking to make a meaningful impact on operational efficiency and system effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, focusing on financial modules including AP, AR, GL, and Knowledge of procurement workflows Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and design effective NetSuite solutions.Configure NetSuite modules to align with accounting practices and organizational needs.Assist in data migration, system integration, and testing activities to ensure accurate deployment.Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.Train users on system functionality and best practices for ongoing use and adoption.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to accounting processes and NetSuite performance.Stay updated on NetSuite releases and accounting standards to ensure compliance and system optimization.QualificationsAt least 3-5 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, with a focus on finance/accounting modules.Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly in Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Financial Reporting processes.Background in accounting or finance (preferred).Proven track record in managing system configurations, data migrations, and user training.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.NetSuite certification(s) a plus.
