We work with trusted lending partners (Banks, NBFCs and Fintechs) to develop and offer regulator compliant, instant digital credit products embedded in consumer journeys.Flexmoney was instrumental in helping define and establish the “Cardless EMI” category and payment checkout option with lenders and online merchants in the Indian market, enabling lenders to offer a completely digital transacting credit instrument to pre-approved users without the need for a credit card relationship. Our “Cardless EMI” platform powers this payment option at over 65,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart, Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc) and has enabled our lending partners (such as HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank & ICICI Bank amongst others) to rapidly issue over 45 MM+ Cardless EMI transacting credit lines to their existing customers.The next phase of Flexmoney’s growth is to expand beyond online “Cardless EMI” payments. To that end we are developing a new digital Universal Affordability Platform that enables omni-channel, seamless multi-lender 3600 embedded finance and associated services across every potential commerce channel and customer touch point (online, in-store/in-branch, tele-sales and agent assisted sales) as well as tailored credit products and deep vertical solutions for multiple finance-led aspirational commerce segments (such as Edtech, Travel, Home & Furniture, Insurance, Mobiles, Home Appliances, Health & Wellness amongst others).Job Role:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead the successfuldelivery of complex integration projects. This role requires exceptional project management skills,cross-functional team coordination, and the ability to drive business outcomes through strategicexecution and stakeholder collaborationLocation: MumbaiKey Responsibilities:● Oversee the end-to-end integration of multiple systems and applications, ensuring seamlesstransitions and optimal performance● Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones● Lead cross-functional teams across business, product, and engineering to ensure alignment andefficient execution● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear, consistent communication andexceptional service throughout the project lifecycle● Foster strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins to ensure alignment, progresstracking, and successful project closures● Collaborate with external partners and clients to understand their systems, define integrationrequirements, and co-create scalable solutions aligned with our product ecosystem● Partner with the product team to prioritize and drive new product features based on clientfeedback and emerging needs● Deliver comprehensive project updates and performance reports to stakeholders, ensuringtransparency and accountability● Proactively identify technology gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to optimize systems andprocesses● Support and manage multiple ongoing integration projects, ensuring they are delivered ontime, within scope, and on budget● Identify and mitigate risks early, ensuring potential issues are communicated effectively tostakeholders and resolved in a timely mannerWhat we look for: Skill & Qualifications● Project Management Expertise:o Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, particularly insystem/application integrationo Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall,or hybrid models)o Proficient in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management● Technical & Analytical Skills:o Understanding of software development lifecycles and integration workflowso Ability to interpret and translate technical requirements into actionable project planso Familiarity with APIs, system architecture, and enterprise software integrationso Experience identifying technology gaps and proposing scalable solutions● Communication & Stakeholder Management:o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectivelywith both technical and non-technical stakeholderso Skilled in managing client relationships, setting expectations, and driving client successo Capable of presenting project updates, roadmaps, and risk assessments to seniorleadership● Collaboration:o Experience working with product, engineering, and business teams to align on goals anddeliverableso Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, and decision-making skills● Tools & Platforms:o Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project)o Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams,Confluence)o Experience with reporting and documentation platforms (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets,Power BI)● Preferred Qualifications:o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldo PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a pluso 6+ years of experience in project management, ideally in tech, SaaS, or consultingenvironmentsIf you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology and aproven track record of successful integration project management, exposure to technicalintegrations, and exceptional client communication, we encourage you to apply for this excitingopportunity.
