This is a remote full-time role based in Dehradun. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth communication between our customers and logistics, provide timely support, and follow up on all order-related matters. You’ll be an essential part of maintaining customer satisfaction and improving our service process.Key Responsibilities:Call customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid ordersSend order updates (dispatched, out-for-delivery, etc.) via WhatsApp/callGenerate tracking IDs and shipping labelsMaintain and update the daily order tracking sheetProvide support for customer queries related to orders, delivery, and returnsFollow up with clients for order confirmations and issue resolutionsCoordinate with courier partners for smooth order deliveries and escalationsManage backend tasks related to Shopify order processing and trackingKey Qualifications:Must have experience with:Order Processing and Order Tracking (preferably on Shopify)Customer Support (calls, WhatsApp, follow-ups)Coordination with courier servicesStrong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work independently and manage tasks without close supervisionAnalytical mindset to identify common issues and improve customer serviceExperience in a customer-facing role is a plusBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredSalary: ₹14,000/month + incentives UPTO 20000 Per MonthTraining: 7 days (unpaid) – basic training to understand the processTimings: 10 AM – 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
