We're hunting for a highly resourceful and technically adaptable Creative Producer – essentially a "Creative Hacker" for performance advertising. Your core mission? Rapidly generate, test, and iterate on attention-grabbing video ads and banners engineered purely to drive conversions for our affiliate campaigns. You'll master video editing, leverage AI tools, and cleverly manipulate existing assets to churn out cost effective creatives. We prioritize raw effectiveness and speed over traditional aesthetics. If you love experimenting, moving fast, and are driven by results (not just pretty pictures), this is your playground.What You'll Do:Rapidly Generate & Test Ad Creatives: Produce a high volume of diverse video ads (short-form focus) and static/animated banners optimized for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).Be a Creative Hacker: Skillfully edit, remix, and transform existing video footage, stock assets, UGC, and graphics into new ad variations. Find scrappy, effective ways to create compelling content.Leverage AI Tools: Actively experiment with and utilize AI-powered tools (image/video generation, AI editing, enhancement) to boost production speed, generate novel ideas, and push creative limits.Prioritize Speed & Performance: Focus on getting creatives launched quickly and iterating relentlessly based on performance data (CTR, CPA, ROAS). Understand that 'good enough and live' often beats 'perfect and pending'.Embrace the "Ugly": Be willing to test unconventional, lo-fi, or even intentionally "ugly" creative approaches if data or intuition suggests they might break through the noise and convert.Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a pulse on what's working in performance creative, platform updates, and new tools (especially AI) that offer a competitive advantage.Manage Asset Library: Keep creative assets organized for rapid reuse and iteration.Ensure Compliance: Adapt creatives to adhere to platform advertising policies.Who You Are:Demonstrable Creative & Technical Skill: You can show us you know how to create compelling short-form videos and basic banners designed to grab attention online.
