Testsigma is a backed by marquee investors like Accel, MassMutual and Strive.ResponsibilitiesOversee data maintenance and quality of dataGuide and mentor a team of young, talented data operations analysts - providing support and performance feedbackEnsure data integrity by overseeing data imports, data cleansing, and regular data quality checks. Implement best practices for data organization and storageOversee entire data hygiene and data entry process - utilising our existing sales tech stack of Salesforce, Apollo, Zoom-info, Factors, Sales NavigatorProactively identify areas of improvement and implement data management solutionsManage territory assignments and lead routing in collaboration with Marketing Ops, executing ad hoc GTM changesRefine end-to-end revenue processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, sales forecasting, and customer retentionWork closely with the GTM team to ensure data compliance, process rigour and operational perfectionTrain and enable teams on best practices for process adherence, tool adoptionDriving efficiency through refining the GTM process and take continuous feedback to update the GTM playbookEnsure all processes and changes are well documented and accessible to the GTM teamDrive the reporting of the sales and marketing funnel across the GTM teamDesign the right metrics, build actionable dashboards, ensure clean data flows, and drive disciplined daily reporting across functionsDrive adoption of interlock dashboards among sales and marketing teams Requirements5+ years of work experience in a relevant role in SaaS firms, such as Data Operations, Sales Operations and Revenue OperationsExperience building relationships and working with sales management and executivesProven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience leading a small team is an advantageProactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutionsAdvanced experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards, Excel, Apollo/Zoominfo, other data analytics tools.BenefitsAttractive salaryFlexible working hours100% company-paid medical insuranceDaily catered lunch, free snacks, etc.Flat hierarchy
