Learn more at & Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in crew management, preferably in the marine manning industry. Candidates with an ex-seafarer background and hands-on experience in managing crew for oil tankers will be given preference.Desired Qualification: Marine COP (Deck/Engine Officer) Graduate degree (Mandatory)Key Responsibilities:To liaise and plan with the clients the crew deployment requirements for the vessels assigned as per their requirements.To ensure that the assigned vessels / ships are manned appropriately with qualified, medically fit, and experienced personnel in a timely manner.To identify and build a high quality, diverse candidate pool of crew personnel.To conduct preliminary assessment of candidates, conduct interviews and shortlist for final selection.To manage the process of personnel mobilization and demobilization by ensuring proper medical, travel arrangement, visa, hotel accommodation, etc. are done.To ensure smooth logistic arrangements are made for incoming and outgoing Crew.To ensure all joining personnel receive proper orientation, familiarization training or sufficient information and instructions before joining.To handle any medical emergencies and ensure quick resolution of the issue.To ensure proper implementation of wage settlement and welfare schemes.To ensure readiness to execute crew relief plan, crew change activities in a timely manner.To maintain an up-to-date database of personal, medical, training records, certification details, assignment history of all crew in personnel software.To ensure that the requirements stipulated in the CMO policy are properly implemented and maintained by the team.To be up to date of manning developments including the STCW regulations, Flag state requirements, Seamen’s union and representative bodies, ship owner’s unions and employment associations.To support Manager Fleet Personnel as and when requiredTo liaise with various port agents for smooth sign on/sign off of crewBack up for MFP & Sourcing Recruitment Asst Manager in their absence
