Based in New Delhi, India, we have successfully organized over 5000 trips across India, offering a range of services including Corporate Travel, Group Tours, FIT packages, Flight and Hotel bookings, and M.I.C.E. services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Travel Consultant at Journi Travels. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and offering travel consulting services to clients.Make outbound calls to qualified leadsConduct discovery conversations—uncover budgets, dates, interests  Build tailor-made international itineraries using our online tools  Share proposals via email/WhatsApp and follow up until the deal is closed  Hit monthly sales targets and keep your pipeline up to date in our CRMQualificationsTravel Consulting and Travel Management skillsExperience in organizing travel arrangements and reservationsCustomer service skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and Fluent in EnglishAbility to work independently and remotelyKnowledge of different travel destinations and visa requirementsExperience in the travel industry is a plusAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is beneficialTech-Savvy & Trainable: Comfortable learning CRMs, templates, basic Excel/Google SheetsSales Passion: Resilient attitude, consultative approach, thrive on targets What We Offer  Base Salary: ₹20,000 per month  Incentive: Opportunity to earn up to ₹ 1 Lakh per Month Flexible Model: Start in-office (Delhi) for onboarding, then work remotelyGrowth Opportunity: First-hire status—opportunity to shape processes, take on more responsibility, and grow with the companyTraining & Mentorship: Hands-on training, role-plays, and weekly coaching sessions  Working Hours & Location  Hours: 40-45 hours/week, typically 10 AM–7 PM  Location: Central DelhiReady to Join?  If you’ve the nag of making clients happy and a passion to make money while doing it, we want to hear from you!  1.
