This candidate will have the opportunity to improve many internal processes and implement corporate-wide project/program management standards. Your daily tasks will allow you to work closely with software developers, IT management and a diverse group of cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, supply chain and order fulfillment.This role is based in Bengaluru and follows a hybrid work-from-office model.In this role, you will:Manage project delivery, including milestones, prototype builds, and launchEnsure a seamless technology experience for all Samsarians, on every project deploymentAggregate information from different team members to create plans and deliver resultsResolve technical, scheduling, and resource conflicts by prioritizing based on project goalsEstablish process to manage changes for all project componentsWork with stakeholders within our business functions, from the executive level down throughout the organizationChampion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new officesMinimum requirements for the role:Extensive experience working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions, with a deep understanding of their processes and operations.Strong ability to manage and drive cross-functional projects to completion, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.Proven expertise in managing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.Experience managing 3-5 projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.A “get it done” attitude with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and deliver results.Ability to work under pressure with teams, fostering collaboration, and developing sound implementation strategies to solve business problems.Proven track record of working effectively across different organizational boundaries to achieve common goals.Experience managing projects in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery.Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for effective project management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across multi-functional teams and drive project success.Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of project management experience in high-tech companies.2+ years of direct technical project management experience in high-tech companies#LI-HybridAt Samsara, we welcome everyone regardless of their background.
