Job descriptionWe are an outsourcing company and an approved ACCA employer. We have clients based in the UK and Australia. We are looking for an accountant to join our existing team.Responsibilities Include:Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recordedUpdate accounts receivable and issue invoicesUpdate accounts payable and perform reconciliationsAssist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelinesAssist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assignedUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when neededPrepare and submit weekly/monthly reportsAssist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closingsAssist with other accounting projectsReconciling the bank accountManaging financial transactionsStreamlining accounting functions and operationsAssisting with day-to-day bookkeepingFinancial and data analysisRequirements and skillsProven experience as a junior accountantExcellent organizing abilitiesGreat attention to detailGood with numbers and figures and an analytical acumenGood understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practicesExcellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)Qualifications ( ACCA) are a plusGood Communication Skill
