Dynamics 365 / CE Developer (CRM) Job DescriptionAs a Dynamics 365 CE Developer (CRM), you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions along with Power Apps Development. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and customize the platform to improve business processes and meet organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions(CRM).Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document requirements.Customize and configure CRM solutions to meet business needs.Develop plugins, workflows, and integrations with other systems.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 platform.Perform system Unit testing and validation procedures.Perform Data Conversions when required.Create and maintain technical documentation.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM for Sales / Customer Service (version 9.2 or higher).Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.Experience with C#.NET, and JavaScript.Experience with Power Apps Development for ExtensionsExperience with Flow in Power AutomateExperience with Power BI for the ReportsGood to have experience in NICE inContact CXone, Gabby SoftwareStrong understanding of CRM workflows and configuration.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
