We are seeking a hands-on IoT Engineer with 5 to 6 years experience to support the implementation of a machine connectivity and real-time data acquisition system using Kepware, Node-RED, and Data Lake architecture. This role will focus on configuring devices, implementing data pipelines, and ensuring end-to-end data flow from machines to the cloud, under the direction of the Technical Lead and Architect. Salary offered : 10 - 12 lakhs per annum Key Responsibilities: Initiation & Requirements Gathering Analyze machine communication capabilities and connectivity constraints. Assist with documentation of supported protocols and data types. Evaluate on-site network/firewall rules and OT/IT integration points.System Design & Prototyping Configure Kepware endpoints (OPC-UA, MQTT) for machine data. Build initial Node-RED flows to handle data acquisition and processing. Participate in PoC development with a limited machine group. Implementation Develop, test, and deploy Node-RED flows across all target machines. Implement real-time dashboards and support monitoring configurations. Automate Kepware configuration setup using templates or scripting. Testing & Validation Conduct integration, load, and user acceptance testing. Support data accuracy validation and error-handling checks. Knowledge Transfer & Support Create user manuals and support guides for system configuration. Train internal users and maintenance teams on operations and issue resolution. Enhancement Planning Document feedback and system improvement opportunities.
