As a FICO Blaze Tester, you will be responsible for developing, Testing, implementing, and maintaining business rules and decision management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor. Your expertise in FICO Blaze will contribute to the optimization of our organization's decision-making processes and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our business rules.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Overall 4 – 10 years of experience in testing and minimum 2+ years relevant experience in FICO Blaze.Proven experience in developing and implementing business rules and decision management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor.Minimum 3 years of experience in Java selenium and API automation testing.Strong knowledge of rule-based systems and decision-management concepts.Proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.Familiarity with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.Experience in working with relational databases and SQL.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop business rules and decision management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor.Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design, develop, test, and deploy FICO Blaze Advisor rule artifacts, including rule sets, decision trees, decision tables, and rule flows.Analyse existing business rules and decision-making processes and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.Work closely with development teams to integrate FICO Blaze solutions into existing systems and applications.Perform unit testing and support system integration and user acceptance testing.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FICO Blaze Advisor implementation.Provide guidance and support to business users on utilizing FICO Blaze Advisor effectively.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in decision management and business rules engines.Document technical designs, implementation details, and user guides for FICO Blaze solutions.Preferred Qualifications:FICO Blaze Advisor certification.Experience with other rules engines and decision management platforms.Knowledge of the financial services / Health Care industry and related regulations.Experience in performance tuning and optimization of rule engines.Familiarity with cloud-based deployment and microservices architecture.
