What does a successful Director, Human Resources do at Fiserv? A successful Director, Human Resources Business Partner at Fiserv acts as a strategic partner to the business, driving HR strategies, programs and initiatives to support organization growth, productivity projects and development objectives. You will ensure alignment with Fiserv's mission and values while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with senior leaders and associates to align HR practices with organizational goals, create an engaging and inclusive workplace, helping to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the financial technology sector. You will assess the effectiveness of HR practices and take actions to create impact and improve outcomes. What you will do:Spear head the HR Business partner function for a 3,500 – 3,800 workforce across India locations with a team size of 6 – 7 HR Business Partners supporting the business.Partner on development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of Fiserv Global Services.Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR consulting and solutions that will create positive impact on business. Become a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters.Drive conversations with leaders around the org structure, leadership capability, org pyramid, work force strategy and span of control. Develop a deep understanding of internal talent framework and leverage it effectively to drive talent conversations with leadership.Manage change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.Facilitate talent management processes, including succession planning, and career development initiativesOversee performance management programs to foster a high-performance culture.Partner and execute on the design and implementation of associate engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior.Site Wide Ownership (Rotational Basis)Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to enhance workplace culture across Fiserv Global ServicesDrive Performance and Talent Management efforts across Fiserv Global Services in partnership with the resp COE’s and HR Business partnersWhat you will need to have:Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field15+ years of progressive HR experience in building organization strategy and execution and have rich experience in HR business partnering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven expertise in partnering with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies / best practices for business Proficient with talent management processes, including succession planning and performance management. Strong understanding of managing change initiatives and organizational development. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What would be great to have:Knowledge of emerging trends within the FinTech or financial services industry. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).Proven track record in driving transformative, diversity, equity, and inclusive initiatives.Experience working in a global and matrixed organization, preferably Financial Services or FinTech with diverse teams across different geographies.
