POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Co-Ordinator role in LCIF India entity, is a multifunctional role – covering combination of Grants & Donor processing and accounts management. The Grants Team in the ISAME & A office provides administrative support for LCIF Grants, approved by the Foundation for the ISAME & A Region. Reviews and maintains documentation (Banking, Trust / Non-trust, Quotations, FCRA queries, etc.) needed prior to disbursement of grant and after the funds have been received. Acquires all necessary compliance documentation from the Lions including utilization reports and KYC, to ensure all Grant related statutory & regulatory compliances are met for the organization The Member / Donor Operations Representative provides superior customer service to Lion Members / Donors through accurate and timely processing of donation transactions. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Manager Grants & Regional Manager – ISAME & ASupervises: None ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists with correspondence related to supporting the award letter (LCIF Grants when approved by the BOT / BOD) and send to the Project Committee describing all the documents/ formalities that needs to be completed / responded / submitted before the grant funds are disbursed. Review the documentations received from the Project Committee before the grant funds are disbursed. Follow-up on pending documents and review utilization reports. Communicate effectively with Lion members, Lion leaders and HO (LCI and LCIF), technical advisors, internal departments and resolves all concerns raised within the set TAT. Follow-up on a regular monthly basis for ongoing LCIF Grants for overdue of projects, clarifications, inadequacies, non-receipt of the documents with the concerned Lions with a copy to the concerned department at Head Quarters. Donor Processing in the system and resolving product or service problems  Develop, maintain, and update SOP as per regulatory changes and update HQ counterparts at the agreed frequency Responsible for ensuring all monitoring reports (MIS) are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Engage, conduct research and analysis of the NGO, Charitable organizations, so ISAME & Africa office is continuously aware of Industry best practices Participate and contribute to ensure Legal, financial & tax compliances and audit requirements are met Execute Service requests of Ad hoc reports as requested by the HQ and/or ISAME & A Regional Manager Additional ResponsibilitiesOther duties as assigned. COMPETENCIESPlease refer to the LCI competency database located on the Intranet under Management Forms in the Human Resources section for further definition of identified competencies.Communication SkillsInterpersonal skillsInternal and External Relationship ManagementDetail orientationOrganization/Multi-tasking SkillsPresentation SkillsProblem Solving/Decision MakingQuality OrientationEffective Technology Application (Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Customer Service OrientationPersonal Integrity and Professional ConductInitiativeFinancial Orientation EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent combination of education and experience.
