They are looking for a results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the digital landscape to join our marketing team, helping to push our company's brands to the next level.In this position, you'll define and deploy growth and content strategies for us to maximize our marketing funnels. The ability to test, learn and iterate on tactics is essential to being able to achieve data-driven results; as is the ability to self-teach.The role reports directly to Head- Growth & the CEO.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a hands-on, metrics-driven B2B Director of Demand Gen Marketing to architect and execute our integrated growth engine. You will build, lead, and inspire multidisciplinary teams—across paid media, SEO, social, brand, web, sales enablement, ABM, demand generation, and more—to deliver consistent Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and revenue pipeline in support of aggressive growth targets.Key Responsibilities1- Paid Media & Performance Marketing:Develop and execute end-to-end paid acquisition strategies (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, programmatic networks).Lead a team of Paid Ads Specialists: set ROI targets, establish bid strategies, optimize funnels.2- Organic SEO:Own the SEO roadmap: on-page optimization, technical audits, content strategy, link-building.Manage an in-house/agency team of SEO specialists to drive top-of-funnel traffic growth.3-Social Media & Community:Define and implement organic and community engagement strategies on LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche SaaS forums.Coach Social Media Managers on content calendars, thought leadership programs, and influencer partnerships.4- Sales Enablement & Pipeline Generation: Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to define MQL→SQL qualification criteria.Build and manage a small sales development team focused on outbound prospecting and demo booking.Install process and tools (CRM workflows, lead scoring, email sequences) to hit pipeline targets.5-Account-Based Marketing & Demand Generation:Design and execute ABM programs targeting strategic accounts with personalized content and outreach.Lead demand gen campaigns across channels—webinars, events, content syndication—to fuel net-new and expansion pipeline.6- Brand & Positioning:Refine brand identity, voice, and messaging framework for enterprise buyers.Oversee creative development of collateral: case studies, white papers, webinars, and events.7- Web & Product Marketing & Automation:Guide Web Development and Product Marketing teams on landing page optimization, personalization, and CRO.Lead A/B testing roadmap for key pages: homepage, pricing, feature pages, gated content.Architect marketing automation workflows using HubSpot (or equivalent) to streamline lead nurturing and handoffs.8- Data, Metrics & Reporting: Define and own key KPIs: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, CAC, LTV, marketing ROI.Build dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting cadences.Use data to drive continuous improvement and scalable growth.Qualifications & Experience:10+ years overall marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership.Deep expertise in Account-Based Marketing, Demand Generation, and full-funnel performance marketing.Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams (paid, SEO, social, ABM, brand, web, sales).Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub—automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting.Proficiency with Zoho CRM for lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales/marketing alignment.Strong analytical skills: proficient with marketing analytics, CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce/Zoho), and BI tools.Experience managing full-funnel metrics: MQL→SQL conversion, pipeline generation, CAC/LTV.Exceptional communicator and collaborator—ability to align marketing with sales, product, and executive teams.Proven ability to hire, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.We believe that diversity is key to building high-performing teams, and creating an inclusive work environment is our priority.
