Greyhorse Venture Fund is Corporate Venture Division of Greyhorse Financial Corporation (USA).About the Role:We are hiring Scholarship Disbursement Administrators to help us recruit talented college students and recent graduates from India for a fully funded U.S.-based Fellowship Program. This fellowship offers the chance to work remotely with top international organizations, and may include an option to migrate to the U.S. in the future.You will also help manage and distribute scholarships from a $100 million fund sponsored by the Greyhorse Endowment Fund, Bharat Future Endowment, and other global partners.Key Responsibilities:Identify and recruit high-potential students and recent graduates across IndiaReview applications and support candidates through the onboarding processWork closely with scholarship sponsors and ensure timely fund disbursementMaintain accurate records of scholarship recipients and fund usageConduct outreach campaigns through colleges, social media, and eventsAnswer questions from applicants and provide guidance throughout the processEnsure transparency, fairness, and compliance in all disbursement activitiesRequirements:Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)Experience in student outreach, university relations, or program administration is a plusComfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and basic online toolsAbility to work independently and take ownership of resultsPassion for education, empowerment, and creating opportunities for othersThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a meaningful global initiative—and help shape the future of thousands of students.
