Job Title:Celonis / Process Mining Professionals – All LevelsLocation:Pan-India (Remote / Hybrid / On-site depending on client)About the Opportunity:We’re actively hiring Celonis Data Engineers across India for a wide range of roles — including Junior Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Engineering Managers.Our clients include global enterprises and high-growth digital teams embedding Celonis and other process intelligence platforms to drive operational efficiency and transform business operations across core domains such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Inventory Management (IM), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).What You’ll Do:Perform end-to-end process mining using Celonis, including event log preparation, process discovery, conformance checking, and root cause analysisBuild and optimize Celonis components such as Data Models, Views, Knowledge Models, OCPM (Operational Applications), Action Flows, and advanced PQL queriesDesign insightful dashboards and KPIs that convert complex process data into actionable business outcomesTranslate business challenges into structured data insights and process improvement roadmapsCollaborate with business operations, IT, transformation, and analytics teams to deploy and scale solutionsSupport or lead the delivery of process mining engagements depending on your level of experienceConduct stakeholder workshops, prepare solution documentation, and present findings to business usersMentor junior team members and ensure delivery quality (for mid-senior professionals)Required Skills & Qualifications:1 to 12 years of experience in Celonis Data Engineering or related process mining rolesExpertise in Celonis, including use of Studio, PQL, Action Flows, Views, Data Models, and related componentsFamiliarity with SAP tables is essential; knowledge of Infor systems is a strong advantageUnderstanding of core business domains such as O2C, P2P, IM, AP, and ARProficiency in SQL, data transformation, or ETL pipelines is a plusStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a process-oriented mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience managing timelines, deliverables, or small teams (for senior professionals)Celonis Technical Expert certification is a good-to-have credentialYou can also apply here - This opportunity is specific to digital process mining using Celonis and is not related to geological or physical mining.
