Daycare and Preschool Center Director/Center HeadLocation: Bangalore Day Care Center for children 0-6yrsContract type: Full Time / Permanent OpportunitySalary: 80,000 – 1.5 Lakh per month depending on experience + up to 10% bonus if KPIs are metWorking pattern: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm and 11am-8pm (Monthly rotational shifts)Who are Bright Horizons?:Bright Horizons are worldwide childcare organisation with nurseries in a number of countries to include the US, UK and Australia.We provide high quality care and education to children aged 0-6 years old.We currently have an opportunity to join us a Center Director.Purpose of the Role:As a Center Director, your job will be to deliver exceptional care and education to our children, and to be the main point of contact our families.To lead a high performing sustainable childcare and education business with a motivated and self-directed team, consistent with all aspects of our Mission in Motion.Key Accountabilities:Keeping Everyone Safe by continuously improving the practices, policies, processes and behaviours that underpin a safety cultureDesignated Safeguarding Lead for the centerSet the highest standards of behaviour across their setting consistent with the HEART principlesCoach the highest levels of performance from every member of their teamDeliver world class customer service aligned to local customer expectationsEnsure high quality care and education maintaining internal ‘green’ audits and external ‘good, excellent or outstanding’ regulatory assessmentsOptimise budgeted ROSDeliver (or exceed) budgeted occupancy levelsHave up to date knowledge of early education and childcare quality standards and ensure compliance with these at all times, including sound pedagogical knowledge ensuring staff provide effective teaching and learningDevelop and execute your nursery strategy to outperform people, quality and growth KPI’sAttend client meetings as requiredEducation and Experience:Early Years Qualification (Early Years Degree desirable)Sound/Good commercial acumenPowerful performance coachCollaborative and decisiveAnalytical capabilityPlanning and strategyUncompromising on qualityUp to date knowledge of regulatory requirementsProficiency in MS Office and EnglishBright Horizons are committed to creating inclusive environments where everyone has a sense of belonging and has the opportunity to contribute and thrive in meaningful and impactful ways.
