The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and placing qualified candidates in alignment with client requirements while ensuring a seamless hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and match prospective employee profiles with available business requirements.Successfully close assigned positions within specified timelines.Utilize leading job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and others to source high-quality candidates.Conduct active and passive searches to identify top-tier talent across various technologies.Stay updated with the latest technologies and niche skill sets to identify suitable candidates for specialized roles.Demonstrate proficiency in identifying candidates with diverse technical Effectively engage with candidates across multiple work authorizations, including:H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD, GC, and US CitizensHands-on experience with W2, Corp-to-Corp (C2C), and 1099 hiring processes.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.Manage the end-to-end US recruitment cycle, including Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent placements.Demonstrate a strong understanding of US tax terms, employment classifications, and time zone management.Exhibit a high level of motivation, dedication, and a results-driven approach to meet and exceed growth objectives.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in US IT recruitment with a strong track record of successful placements.Expertise in using various sourcing platforms and innovative hiring techniques.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with candidates and clients.
