Comfort with cold calling and initiating conversations with new prospects (no, not just reading a script like a bored chatbot). Experience in handling US/UK customers via voice calls. Eagerness to transition into IT Business Development – learning about software services, pitching solutions, and working with our Sales & Marketing team.
