This role will focus on boosting our visibility across search engines and social platforms, driving high-quality traffic to our website, and increasing brand engagement. The ideal candidate is equal parts analytical and creative—with a pulse on both wellness trends and digital best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSearch Engine Optimization (SEO):Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy for both on-page and off-page optimization.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content development.Optimize website content, landing pages, product pages, metadata, and blog posts.Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush/Ahrefs.Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into site structure and content strategy.Manage backlink strategy and build relationships with relevant sites and partners for quality link building.Social Media Optimization (SMO):Develop and execute a data-driven SMO strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).Optimize profiles, hashtags, and content timing for maximum reach and engagement.Work with content creators/designers to create engaging, shareable content aligned with brand voice.Monitor trends in wellness, food, and social media to create timely and relevant content.Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy based on performance.Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand social reach and credibility.Requirements3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven success in SEO and SMO.Relevant experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage Manufacturing IndustryStrong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, GSC, etc.).Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), HTML/CSS basics is a plus.Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Passion for health, nutrition, or the wellness lifestyle is a big plus.What We OfferA mission-driven team passionate about health and sustainability.Competitive salary and benefits package.The job is based in New Delhi.Room to grow and take ownership of strategy in a growing brand.A collaborative, values-first culture—and of course, unlimited healthy snacks!To Apply: Please send your resume, relevant case studies or links to work, and a brief cover letter explaining your experience and interest in healthy living.
