Importance of having a clear line of sight and visibility for GL accounts, especially when operated by different teamsEvery GL owner should have designated person to perform GL related activity ( Exception Management, monthly proofing etc) and ensuring clear ownership and controlImplement a process to block or close inactive GL accounts across branches, ensuring only necessary accounts remain open and active
